On the moment it is a non-runner of course with defect wiring, etc. but it is pretty complete and it surely will hit the street next summer. I keep you all posted with the proceedings.

Yamaha CS2E

Today I have cleaned the bike and the chrome looks quite okay. I have bead-blasted the underside of the seat, sprayed it with zincpaint and black paint. The seatcover was also cleaned and after spraying it with car type interior spray it looks very nice.

The carburetors were broken and incomplete but fortunately I found 2 new ones! Both are r.h. carburetors so I have to rebuild one as a l.h., but that is not so difficult. A new ignition switch was also found in one of my boxes.....!
