Nowadays you see many machines like this. Luigi Taveri fitted a Honda CBR250RR engine into an old RC141 frame and several other configurations exist.

But Graham's machine was the first! He took a Yamaha FZR250 engine, put it into a Yamaha DS7/R5 frame, widened the toprails of the frame, fitted TD/TR wheels/brakes and had an exhaust system made that was the loudest in the world! The machine kept the electric starter (why not) and was very easy to ride. Sammy Miller himself rode it several times on the Isle of Man. You can see the bike in the Sammy Miller Museum.
