Were all Td1C _frame_s painted the grey colour, or where some black?

Dear Jeremy-San,
As far a I do know all TD1C _frame_s were painted a kind of gun-_meta_l grey, same as the TD1B's. I have never seen black _frame_s, also not on Japanese pictures.
