Yamaha RD350 Club Netherlands
The Dutch Yamaha RD350 Club stages many events through the year.
In April a large club event on the famous Assen T.T. circuit was held. The club counts hundreds of genuine two-stroke enthusiasts who love to show their fellow road users a fine blue haze of burned two-stroke oil from their sometimes, spectacular modified Yamaha's.

The club takes care of their own displays, catering, etc. and is very professional.

With every event, many club members show up on their nice two-strokes.

Even some Danish club members did not hesitate to visit the event on the Assen T.T. circuit (and that is about 800 km)

When the age increases, you might not feel very stable anymore on a two-stroke, but with a Dutch EML sidecar and trailer fitted to your modified Yamaha FJR1300 you still have fun.

Minne Postma has one of the fastest YZR250's around. Reputedly it churns out 80 hp.

A mildly converted RD350. Just ride to the circuit, fit your number plates and race. Afterwards, reverse the action, take the plates off and race home!

Even after all these years (nearly 30 now!) you find very nice bikes in standard trim.

It is such a pity that these machines are not being made anymore. This cheap fun will never come back. Please guys, enjoy yourselves as long as it can. This is totally impossible a few years from now on.......!

The above machine is a superb piece of craftmanship. It consists out os a SZR660 frame (European model) with a Honda VFR400 fuel tank, a TZR250 (3XV type) rear swing arm, a Kawasaki ZXR750 fron fork, a RD500LC engine with a Ducati 998 slipper clutch!

A very special RD350, whereby RGV parts were used (no, on this website I will not mention that brand name! Anyway, it is how a future Yamaha should have looked!
